One platform, every kind of South African community.
From a 600-home gated estate to a 12-member stokvel to a managing agent overseeing a dozen communities — tribe.one adapts to how your group actually organises.
Estates
Gated residential estates — levies, gate and visitors, safety, projects and a local marketplace.
HOAs & body corporates
Sectional-title schemes — reserve funds, trustee voting, vendor procurement and rule enforcement.
Stokvels & co-ops
Rotating savings, burial societies and investment clubs — contributions, payouts and a ledger everyone can see.
Neighbourhoods & watches
Street committees and neighbourhood watches — chat, patrols, shared expenses and a places directory.
Multi-community groups
Managing agents, developers and portfolios — one read-only console across every community, each keeping its own north star.
Other group types
Schools, religious communities and everything else — talk to us and we will quote from the general catalogue.
Managing several communities?
Enterprise is a shipped module now, not a line on a quote: a read-only console that puts every community you run side by side.
One screen, every community
Billed, collected and outstanding money per community, member counts and open work orders — with a month-by-month series, and projected months kept out of the historical totals.
Each community keeps its own metric
An estate is judged on arrears over 30 days, a stokvel on how this cycle completed. There is no blended score, because averaging two unrelated units produces a number nobody can act on.
Read-only by construction
Owner, manager and read-only roles. None of them can broadcast, change a role or touch a setting inside a community — an organisation role grants a view, not access.
A portfolio is contracted for a number of communities, and attaching one is done with us rather than self-service — talk to us. The console is included in Enterprise.
Not sure which fits?
Tell us how your community is set up and we’ll point you to the right plan — and load a sandbox with your structure.
