The rules everyone using tribe.one must follow. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

What you may not do
You may not use tribe.one to: break any law; harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against others; post hate speech or content that incites violence; share another person's private information without consent; distribute malware; attempt to breach security or access data you're not authorised to; scrape or harvest data at scale; or resell the service without our permission.
No illegal activity, no harassment or hate speech, no leaking people's private info, no hacking, no scraping, no reselling without permission.
Community conduct
Communities are responsible for content their members post. Moderators and admins should act on reported abuse promptly. tribe.one provides moderation and reporting tools, but the community remains the first line of governance for member behaviour.
Your community is responsible for what its members post. Use the moderation tools to deal with abuse quickly.
Money & treasury
You must not use tribe.one's treasury, contributions, or marketplace features for money laundering, fraud, unlawful fundraising, or any purpose that breaches South African financial regulations. We may suspend features or accounts where we reasonably suspect financial abuse.
Don't use the money features for fraud, laundering, or anything that breaks SA financial law. We'll step in if we suspect abuse.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts that breach this policy, with notice where reasonably possible. Serious or illegal conduct may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Break these rules and we may remove content or close the account. Illegal stuff may be reported to the authorities.
