No. We charge per community, with a resident cap on each tier (25 / 100 / 300 / 1,000 / custom). If you outgrow your cap, we'll bump you to the next tier on the next billing cycle — no overage fees.
No setup fee. Growth and above include a 60-minute onboarding call to help you import your member list, set up your treasury, and run a test panic alert.
Card or EFT, processed by PayFast. Annual plans can be invoiced directly to a body corporate. We don't keep your card details — PayFast does.
Encrypted at rest with our database host, with regular backups. Some subprocessors may process data outside South Africa under POPIA's transfer conditions — our data processing agreement has the detail.
Yes. Every plan includes a one-click export of all your community's data as a portable JSON + CSV archive.
The 14-day free trial is the easy out: cancel before it ends and you are never charged. After that, monthly fees aren't refunded for a period already started (you keep access for the whole period), and annual plans are refunded pro-rata for unused months. Cancel any time from account settings — no fee, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Full detail is in our Terms of Service at /terms/.
