Your community's data
You retain ownership of all data your community puts into tribe.one. We process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy & POPIA notice and Data Processing Addendum. You can export your data at any time, and we will return or delete it on termination as set out in those documents.
Your data stays yours. We just look after it for you, and you can export or delete it whenever you want.
Availability & support
We aim to keep tribe.one available and supported as described in our Service Level Agreement. Free plans are provided "as is" without an availability commitment.
We try to keep the service up and answer support quickly — details in the SLA. The free plan has no uptime guarantee.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, tribe.one is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (for example, for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
If something goes wrong, the most we'd owe you is what you paid us in the last year. Some liability can't be capped by law, and we don't try to.
Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted as described in the DPA.
